Hilti Malaysia seeks a Business Analyst for Talent Solutions to join our global HR IT team in Kuala Lumpur. You will translate business needs into digital solutions across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Learning & Development, focusing on process improvement and user experience.

Collaborate with HR, IT, and external partners to shape talent platforms, support AI-powered initiatives, and deliver value for employees, managers, recruiters, and candidates worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Administration with GPA > 3.5.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Affinity to HR and Talent processes; strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR, IT and external vendors to deliver innovative digital solutions across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Learning & Development.
• Translate business needs into actionable requirements and drive improvements in processes and user experience.
• Collaborate with global teams to support AI-powered initiatives and evolving Talent platforms.
• Contribute to global talent initiatives and ensure value delivery for employees, managers, recruiters and candidates.
