Job summary

Hilti (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking an IT Business Analyst for Fleet Management to translate business needs into IT solutions in a global, agile setting in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You will work on a unique Fleet Management solution and ensure seamless customer journeys with cloud/on-premise integrations to SAP S/4HANA.

Role requires 0-2 years in SAP/IT BA, strong communication, and comfort collaborating with international teams using Atlassian tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant education.
• 0-2 years of experience as an SAP Consultant or IT Business Analyst in SAP ERP modules like SAP SD or SAP CS including custom interfaces and system integrations.
• High level know how working with software development tools (Atlassian stack, JIRA, Confluence).
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with global partners to build bonds, inspire, influence, and accomplish goals.
• Demonstrated multi-tasking ability, self-motivation, quick learning agility, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to effectively work with team members & customers around the globe in a virtual environment.
• Strong proficiency in the English language, an agile mindset, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to embrace change & new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Transfer business requirements into IT implementations for Fleet Management.
• Maintain operation of Fleet Management solution and ensure value-adding, sustainable solutions.
• Implement and support global product offerings with a seamless customer journey.
• Contribute to digital solutions in the application landscape, including mobile apps and cloud/on-premise solutions integrated with SAP S/4HANA.
