FrieslandCampina's IT Supply Chain Customer Operations team is seeking an IT Business Analyst in Malaysia to drive business process and technology improvements within SAP and supply chain domains. You will translate business needs into end-to-end IT solutions and work with the Wipro service team on functional designs.

Competenze

• Academic/Bachelor or Master degree or proven self-learning education.
• 2–3 years of experience in SAP SD/MM (ECC or S/4).
• Experience in IT/Supply Chain domain is beneficial.

Within the IT Supply Chain Customer Operations team of FrieslandCampina we are looking for an IT Business Analyst. The team is responsible for all IT solutions within the Sales and Distribution domain (including export)， like SAP ECC/SAP S4， SAP GTS，VMI, Stratech, Ortec and E-invoicing. Currently we are in transformation from ECC to S/4 which will become our new ERP landscape.

• Establish a understanding of the assigned business area. E2E process and technology knowledge
• Academic/Bachelor Master or proven further ‘self-learning education’
• 2-3 work experience in domain of SAP SD/MM (ECC or S/4)

Change request Coordination

• Manage and realize medium and large Change request with different stakeholders
• Continues improvement on the Change Request process.
