FrieslandCampina's IT Supply Chain Customer Operations team is seeking an IT Business Analyst in Malaysia to drive business process and technology improvements within SAP and supply chain domains. You will translate business needs into end-to-end IT solutions and work with the Wipro service team on functional designs.

Qualifications

• Academic/Bachelor or Master degree or proven self-learning education.
• 2–3 years of experience in SAP SD/MM (ECC or S/4).
• Experience in IT/Supply Chain domain is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Understand E2E business processes and translate problems into process and technology solutions.
• Assess and validate solution options, both technical and functional.
• Liaise with the service development team (Wipro) to suggest a high-level functional solution.
• Develop a comprehensive requirement specification to determine cost, time and resources to deploy solutions.
