Job summary

FrieslandCampina Malaysia is seeking an IT Business Analyst to support IT solutions within the Sales and Distribution domain during a transformation from ECC to S/4. You will understand end-to-end processes, translate business needs, and coordinate with Wipro on high-level functional solutions.

Join our KL Tech Center in Malaysia to collaborate with IT experts in a multinational setting and contribute to improving IT services for our extensive supply chain operations.

Qualifications

Job description

IT Business Analyst Within the IT Supply Chain Customer Operations team of FrieslandCampina we are looking for an IT Business Analyst. The team is responsible for all IT solutions within the Sales and Distribution domain (including export), like SAP ECC/SAP S4, SAP GTS,VMI, Stratech, Ortec and E-invoicing. Currently we are in transformation from ECC to S/4 which will become our new ERP landscape.

Knowledge

• Establish a understanding of the assigned business area. E2E process and technology knowledge
• Academic/Bachelor Master or proven further ‘self-learning education’
• 2-3 work experience in domain of SAP SD/MM (ECC or S/4)

Change request Coordination

• Manage and realize medium and large Change request with different stakeholders
• Continues improvement on the Change Request process.
