Job summary

FrieslandCampina in Petaling Jaya invites a Senior PtP Content & Vendor Master Data Specialist to manage Coupa integration issues, upload catalogs and SAP contracts accurately, and maintain high-quality vendor data across the Procure-to-Pay process.

You will lead data care, support Coupa and SAP workflows, monitor data quality, and ensure SLA targets are met while collaborating with IT and business stakeholders regionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, IS, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Procurement, P2P, Vendor Master Data, Shared Services, or related operational environment.
• Hands-on experience with Coupa, SAP, or other procurement/ERP systems, including troubleshooting, data management, and process support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for root-cause analysis, issue resolution, and improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to work independently and across functions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor automated catalog and contract uploads, investigate and resolve system incidents, perform data quality checks, and report on pricing and contract validity.
• Provide first-line functional and technical support for Coupa SAP integrations; coordinate changes with IT and stakeholders.
• Manage vendor creation and maintenance, documentation, and bank verification; monitor data quality and interfaces.
• Serve as a senior point of contact within the team, guide junior members, troubleshoot complex cases, and ensure consistent processes and controls.
• Identify opportunities for process simplification, automation, and control enhancements; participate in improvements and testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze issues and ensure timely resolution with end-to-end accountability.

Senior PtP Content & Vendor Master Data Specialist Senior PtP Content & Vendor Master Data Specialist Petaling Jaya (MY) Procurement 32-40 Job Description Job Alerts Link Apply now Apply now Senior PtP Content & Vendor Master Data Specialist The GBDS PTP Content & Control Team ensures that all Coupa integration errors are managed in a timely manner; Coupa catalogs, webforms, and SAP contracts are uploaded accurately; vendor master data is maintained correctly; service level agreement (SLA) requirements are consistently met; and efficient workflows and best practices are adopted. The team also maintains positive working relationships with cross-functional teams and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Contract Management: Monitor automated catalog and contract uploads, investigate and resolve system and robotic process automation (RPA) incidents, perform data quality checks, and provide reporting on pricing, contract validity, and other contract-related information.

• Coupa Functional Support: Provide first-line functional and technical support, conduct root cause analysis and resolution of integration and system issues, perform monitoring and control activities, support system upgrades and testing, and coordinate change requests with IT and relevant stakeholders.

• Vendor Master Data Management: Manage vendor creation and maintenance, documentation, and bank account verification. Monitor data quality and system interfaces, execute mass data update activities, and ensure compliance with established controls and procedures.

• Team and Operational Support: Serve as a senior point of contact within the team, provide guidance and knowledge sharing to team members, support troubleshooting and escalation of complex cases, and ensure consistent application of processes and controls.

• Continuous Improvement and Projects: Identify opportunities for process simplification, automation, and control enhancements. Participate in or independently lead improvement initiatives, testing activities, and the implementation of process or system changes.

• Stakeholder Management and Problem Solving: Collaborate independently with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze issues, determine appropriate solutions, and ensure timely resolution while applying sound judgment and maintaining an end-to-end process perspective.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
