Job summary

You will manage trade spend planning and forecasting, lead monthly reviews by channel, and drive RGM initiatives to boost profitability and sustainable growth while upholding strong financial controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
• Professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, CIMA) are advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years in financial analysis, business partnering, or commercial finance.
• Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

• Partner with the Sales team to evaluate business performance, customer profitability, and channel profitability, translating financial insights into actionable business decisions.
• Lead trade investment planning, monitoring, and post-promotion evaluation to optimize trade spend and maximize return on investment.
• Drive Revenue Growth Management (RGM) initiatives to improve revenue, profitability, and sustainable business growth.
• Manage monthly financial closing, conduct channel performance reviews, perform variance analysis, and track follow-up actions.
• Ensure strong financial controls, trade spend governance, policy compliance, and continuous improvement in reporting, processes, and business insights.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline; professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, CIMA) are an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis, business partnering, or commercial finance, preferably within an FMCG or sales-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and commercial decision-making.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, with strong analytical thinking, commercial acumen, and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
