The role involves supervising IT staff, coordinating with HQ, and ensuring robust security, backup, and data integration across systems for the Malaysia plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years IT experience with at least 2 years in supervision/management.
• Proven experience administering/training Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and SQL.
• Strong knowledge of networking, Windows Server, Azure, Active Directory, and M365 administration.
• Experience managing firewalls, endpoint security, and backup systems (e.g., Veeam, Azure Backup).

Responsibilities

• Manage on‑premise and cloud infrastructure (servers, networks, storage).
• Administer Microsoft 365 environment, Azure services, and user access controls.
• Implement cybersecurity, backup, and disaster recovery plans.
• Hands‑on helpdesk support and hardware provisioning for staff.
• Assist Site GM and HQ IT with setting up the Malaysia plant.
• Train end users on Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models to support decision making.
• Ensure data integration between Business Central, third‑party apps, and data warehouse.
• Manage relationships with external IT vendors, MSPs, software/hardware providers.
