Job summary
Beecruit Pte. Ltd. is seeking an IT Assistant Manager / Senior IT Engineer to lead Dynamics 365 Business Central, infrastructure, cybersecurity and Power BI reporting for a Johor manufacturing facility.
Role combines hands-on IT support with ERP and data analytics in an on-site environment. The position offers growth into Assistant Manager or Senior Engineer level, reporting to site leadership and collaborating with Group IT.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in IT
- 5+ years of relevant IT experience
- Hands-on with Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Proficient in Power BI, DAX, Power Query and SQL
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Azure, AD and Microsoft 365 administration
- Strong networking and security fundamentals
- Experience with data backups and disaster recovery
Responsibilities
- Support IT setup and systems implementation for the facility
- Manage servers, networks, firewalls, switches, VPNs and storage
- Administer Microsoft 365, Azure services, Windows Server and AD
- Monitor performance, availability and security; resolve issues
- Oversee cybersecurity controls and data backups
- Provide hands-on IT support and troubleshooting for staff
- Maintain IT assets, licences and procedures
- Coordinate ERP and BI improvements with users and vendors
- Develop Power BI dashboards and data models
- Support vendor management and IT budgeting
