Job summary

K" LINE LOGISTICS (M) SDN BHD is hiring an IT Support Associate stationed in Shah Alam to maintain computer systems, assist users, and keep IT records for audits.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years IT support experience, a Diploma, and hands-on knowledge of Windows desktops/servers, Office 365, remote desktop, and basic cybersecurity.

You will manage IT inventory, generate regular reports, support procurement, and ensure policy-compliant access and data security.

Qualifications

• Two year and above experience in IT support.
• SPM/ DIPLOMA in computer.

Responsibilities

• Providing support to user enquiries on computer hardware and software issues.
• Perform data entry and maintain IT-related records and documentation.
• Prepare and update regular IT reports including IT inventory, user support, system issues, maintenance activities, and other reports as required by management.
• Ensure all IT records and reports are accurate, complete, and properly maintained for audit and management reference.
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, software and peripherals to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Monitoring and maintaining IT inventory, including hardware and software licenses, and assisting with procurement as needed.
• Managing user accounts and access permissions, ensuring data security and compliance with company policies.

Candidates must have prior experience working in a logistics company

Providing support to user enquiry especially on computer hardware and software issue.

Requirement

Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.

Knowledge on IT Security and Cybersecurity.

Knowledge on IT Policy and audit.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Able to work after office hour and willing to travel out station.
