Job summary

KLL Malaysia, also known as K Line Logistics (M) Sdn. Bhd., is seeking an Operations Executive to oversee import/export clearance operations, costing and billing processes, and to supervise the operations team in planning and execution.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in the field, SPM/ Diploma/Advanced in Logistics or equivalent, and fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Independent work with accuracy under pressure is essential.

Qualifications

• Full knowledge on import & export clearance including costing and billing.
• Monitor, motivate and organize the operation team in planning, strategizing & implementing tasks.
• Ensure accuracy & timeliness on all shipping & operational activities.
• Update the system on each job workflow, billings, and submit job for closing after completion.
• Ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

• Manage import/export operations and customs-related matters.
• Work independently with minimum supervision and strong analytical skills.
• Meet tight deadlines with meticulous attention to detail.
