Job summary

Solarvest is seeking a skilled IT Application Support specialist in Petaling Jaya to provide Level 2/3 support for core business systems including ERP, CRM, and HRMS. You will troubleshoot, perform root-cause analysis, and implement fixes.

You will coordinate with vendors, manage escalations, and work with Finance, HR, and Operations to translate requirements into system improvements. Proactive monitoring and basic automation may be involved.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT/CS or related field.
• 2-3 years hands-on application support experience.
• Experience supporting ERP, CRM and HRMS platforms.
• Strong SQL/database querying skills for data issues.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and managing escalations.
• Good written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2/3 application support for core business systems (ERP, CRM, HRMS) including troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Serve as escalation point and coordinate with vendors and third-party support.
• Investigate and resolve data, configuration, workflow, and integration issues across systems.
• Support configuration, testing (UAT), and deployment of patches and new modules.
• Document issues, resolutions, and knowledge base articles.
