The ideal candidate will handle asset lifecycle planning, project management, and IT infrastructure support, while contributing to reports and proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a closely related field.
• Experience in IT hardware, software and network support.
• Basic knowledge of IT asset management and inventory.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to prepare reports and proposals.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with different departments.
• Good understanding of project management; experience with project management tools is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn and explore new ICT technologies.

• Develop and maintain software, scripts and automation to improve efficiency.
• Manage and maintain IT assets including hardware, software licenses and peripherals with proper lifecycle planning.
• Manage and support the Company's IT infrastructure including servers, networks, workstations, security and backups.
• Plan and manage software and IT projects.
• Provide IT recommendations and support Management in technology decisions.
• Manage IT vendors, costs and future technology requirements.
