ISO Certification Operations Coordinator

URS Malaysia is looking for an ISO Certification Operations Coordinator to join our team. You will work directly with Auditors, Clients and HQ Operations Centre in supporting the overall business operations and growth.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely planning and scheduling of audits
• Liaise with auditors, clients, operations team
• Coordinate travel arrangements for all audits
• Prepare, follow-up and close client audit reports
• Track, issue and deliver client certificates
• Keep abreast with industry updates, requirements
• Support overall business operations and growth - not limited to the above

Requirements

• Well-organised multitasker with strong attention to detail
• Interactive and communicative with a friendly personality
• Proactive with a positive attitude, always willing to learn
• Able to work both independently and within a small team
• Excellent written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia - local dialects a bonus
• IT proficient with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Diploma in Administration/Management/relevant discipline advantageous - technical skills a bonus
• Experience in Operations/Scheduling/Admin/Customer Support preferred
