URS SYSTEMS CERTIFICATION (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking an ISO Certification Operations Coordinator to support audits and client reporting. You will work closely with Auditors, Clients and our HQ Operations Centre to ensure smooth operations and growth.

This role requires an organized multitasker with strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A proactive attitude and team spirit are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely planning and scheduling of audits.
• Liaise with auditors, clients and operations team.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for all audits.
• Prepare, follow-up and close client audit reports.
• Track, issue and deliver client certificates.
• Keep abreast with industry updates and requirements.
• Support overall business operations and growth.
