Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Banking, or Business Management.
Certifications: PCE (Life/General), CEILLI, FIMM/IPPC as applicable.
Minimum 6 years of sales experience in financial services.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team of Sales Executives to drive ASB Financing acquisitions.
Drive financing asset growth through strategic sale and approvals.
Coach staff and run regular training on pitching and closing deals.
Monitor KPIs, forecast monthly sales, and report to senior management.
Ensure all transactions comply with bank policies and regulations (PDPA, AML/CFT, Shariah governance).
Identify new roadshow locations and corporate partnerships aligned with growth strategy.
