Job summary

You will lead initiatives to grow Islamic products, manage relationships with clients, and oversee compliance with bank policies and local regulations. A bachelor’s degree and 6+ years in financial services are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/ Banking / Business Management or equivalent.
• Certifications: PCE (Life/General), CEILLI, and FIMM/IPPC as applicable to license requirements.
• At least 6 years of sales experience in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Strategic sales planning, intensive staff coaching, and cross-functional coordination to hit monthly targets and ensure top customer service standards.
• Drive financing asset growth by qualifying and approving ASB Financing packages to meet KPIs.
• Stay updated on market trends, interest rate shifts, and regulatory changes to advise clients proactively.
• Grow Islamic product offerings through strong relationship management and acquiring new-to-bank clients.
• Ensure all transactions comply with bank policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements (PDPA, AML/CFT, Shariah governance).
• Track daily sales metrics for Mobile Sales Executives; train on pitching and closing ASBF deals; motivate through incentives.
