Job summary

Insut (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in Kulai, Johor, is seeking an in-process Quality Controller to perform inspections and ensure product quality according to set standards.

You will document results, raise non-conformities, and support 5S practices in the inspection area while coordinating with the QC Supervisor. This role requires multitasking, good attendance, and the ability to follow working instructions.

Qualifications

• Experience as in-process Quality Controller preferred.
• Ability to record and maintain accurate inspection data.
• Good attendance and multitasking abilities welcome.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections as per inspection standard.
• Record all inspection results in QC inspection check sheet.
• Inform any non-conformance or abnormalities and escalate to QC Supervisor/HOD.
• Maintain 5S in inspection area.
• Prepare daily report on quality and rejection.
• Ensure operators follow working instructions.

Conduct quality inspections as per inspection standard set up

Liaise with Quality Supervisor on quality of products.

Record all inspection result in QC inspection check sheet.

Conduct regular outgoing inspection as per inspection standard

Prepare daily inspection check sheet (COC) accurately, maintain and endure records are traceable

Check and verify the outgoing product label and quantity is correct according to DO and amend the pallet record (if any)

Inform any non-conformance or abnormalities and escalate critical issue to QC Supervisor/HOD

Make sure Operator follow correct working method as stated in Working Instruction.

Responsible to prepare daily report on quality and rejection

Performs other duties as assigned

Maintain 5S in inspection area

Preferred candidate with experience, multitask and must good in attendance
