Job summary

Adval Tech (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a Quality Control Inspector to uphold ISO 9001 standards and ensure quality of plastic injection components. You will inspect per procedures, supervise incoming and inline QA checks, and support training for new inspectors.

The role requires a minimum 1 year QC experience in plastic injection, good English reading/writing, and strong interpersonal and self-initiative traits. Join us to contribute to a disciplined QA environment.

Qualifications

• SPM graduated with 5 credits or higher.
• Minimum 1 year experience of QC in the plastic injection industry with ISO 9001 experience.
• Able to write and read simple English.
• Good interpersonal skill and pleasant disposition.
• Self-initiative.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection according to the established procedure and sampling plan.
• Perform regular inspection at designated places and on-line processed parts to ensure parts conform to customer’s requirements.
• To perform IPQA, OGQA and incoming inspection as and when required.
• Provide guidance or on-job-training for new inspector on QA related functions.
• Ensure proper control and maintenance of measuring equipment
• Ensure proper maintenance and updating of QA control documentation.
• Maintain good housekeeping and safety in the work area.
• Manage and execute projects assigned by superior.
• Ensure meeting ISO 9001 operational standard at all times.
