Jora Malaysia is seeking an IoT Technical & Project Manager to lead technical operations for IoT solutions in car park systems and related products. The IoT Technical & Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing the technical operations related to Internet of Things (IoT) solutions for the car park systems and others products within the organization. The role oversees technical customer support, project implementation, product development, and technical sales to ensure efficient delivery of IoT systems and services. The position also manages technical personnel, procurement of IoT equipment, and inventory control to support project execution and operational efficiency while maintaining high customer satisfaction and service standards.
Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, with a proven track record in project implementation and maintenance operations.
Proven experience in leading and managing an IoT technical team.
Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
Highly committed, proactive, and self-motivated, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership, planning, organisational, and project management capabilities.
A good team player who is also capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Experience in the car park, building automation, CCTV, IT, or related technology industries will be an added advantage, particularly with exposure to relevant products, systems, and operations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
