Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an IoT Technical & Project Manager to lead technical operations for IoT solutions in car park systems and related products. The role covers technical support, project implementation, product development, and technical sales to ensure efficient delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include managing engineers, procurement, inventory, vendor evaluation, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, with a proven track record in project implementation and maintenance operations.
• Proven experience in leading and managing an IoT technical team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical operations and customer support for IoT systems and networks.
• Plan, manage, and oversee IoT project implementations from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate project resources including internal teams, vendors, and external contractors.
• Provide technical consultation and design support to sales, participate in engagements and demonstrations.
• Lead, supervise, and mentor IoT engineers and technical personnel.
• Manage procurement of IoT devices, components, and technical equipment.
• Maintain inventory and perform asset tracking and audits.
• Collaborate with procurement and Accounts for purchasing processes.
