Job summary

Syspex Malaysia in Johor Bahru is seeking a Technical Lead to steer the Technical team, drive project delivery, and ensure high-performance execution of engineering initiatives.

You will manage end-to-end operations, develop technical strategies, handle spare parts planning, and provide leadership in troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and continuous service improvement, collaborating with customers, Sales and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years in machinery servicing, repair or industrial automation, with supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; PLC troubleshooting/programming or AutoCAD is a plus.
• Good English and Mandarin communication to liaise with China-based suppliers.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to work independently in fast-paced environments; willing to travel.

• Strong technical knowledge with proficiency in Microsoft Office and AI tools; PLC troubleshooting/programming or AutoCAD experience is an added advantage.
• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with China-based suppliers.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and willing to travel with own transport.
