Job summary

The role requires collaboration with product teams, onboarding customers, and tailoring IoT-based deployments with API integrations and cloud architectures to scale across industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/CS/STEM from a tier-1 university.
• Minimum 3 years of pre-sales experience in software implementation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to simplify tech concepts.
• Understanding of software architecture and next-gen tech (IoT, AI, Cloud).
• Strong understanding of APIs and integrations.
• Customer-centric and results-driven with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer needs into technical requirement documents.
• Develop ROI evaluations based on use cases and requirements.
• Organise and deliver demonstrations, proofs of concept, and implementations.
• Write scripts to address customer challenges and ensure a seamless adoption.
• Build relationships and onboard customers, enabling solution adoption and upsell.
• Collaborate with product teams to inform feature development and integrations.
