Materialise NV is seeking an Invoicing Officer in Kuala Lumpur to own the full invoicing lifecycle for assigned entities. You will validate master data, tax treatment, and terms, and process invoices and credit notes across platforms while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

You will resolve complex invoicing scenarios, collaborate with Sales, Finance and IT, and support month-end closings. A Finance/Accounting background and ERP experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Own the end-to-end invoice lifecycle for assigned entities, ensuring accurate invoices and credit notes in compliance with contracts, policies and tax regulations.
• Validate billing information, customer master data, tax treatment, payment terms and documentation before invoice issuance.
• Process invoices and credit notes via invoicing platforms and e-invoicing networks; monitor submissions and resolve rejections.
• Handle complex invoicing scenarios by analyzing information, assessing risk, and collaborating with stakeholders to choose best solution.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for invoicing processes; guide junior team members and share best practices.
• Build partnerships with Sales, Finance, Master Data, IT and external customers to resolve issues and streamline processes.
• Execute month-end closing activities ensuring accurate processing by deadlines.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements, including automation initiatives.
