Job summary

BSI Services Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Global Billing Specialist in Kuala Lumpur. You will ensure accurate, timely invoicing across divisions and countries, manage invoice portals, and collaborate with Order to Cash teams to maintain compliance and strong customer outcomes.

You will work with SAP and Excel to reconcile data, support monthly reporting, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced shared services environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of billing or accounts receivable experience.
• Experience handling complex billing cycles using multiple systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy under pressure.
• Excellent written and spoken business English.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate client and intercompany invoices compliant with terms and SLAs.
• Review outputs before submission for quality and timeliness.
• Respond promptly to billing queries and resolve discrepancies.
• Upload and manage invoices across client portals.
• Extract and reconcile data from multiple systems to support invoicing and reporting.
• Enter billing data into SAP with audit-friendly documentation.
• Produce monthly billing reports and support audits.
