Aufgaben

• Act as a point of contact for Clients and Investors as it relates to transfer agency matters.
• Process investor transactions such as subscriptions, redemptions and transfers.
• Review due diligence documents and liaise with investors/clients for missing KYC; work with KYC team on investment stage.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of shareholder trades.
• Release trade confirmations, contract notes and account statements by deadlines.
• Maintain shareholder files and investor records.
• Provide client-focused service to Investors and internal/external Clients.
• Understand regulatory and audit requirements to ensure compliance.
• Prioritize multiple tasks with effective time management.
