Baxian (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support transfer agency and fund operations on-site at Menara BRDB, KL. The role involves reviewing trade instructions, maintaining investor records, and ensuring AML/KYC compliance.

Ideal candidates have a finance/law/economics background with 1–4 years in related areas, and proficiency in English. The position offers an on-site work mode in a regulated, client-facing environment.

Qualificações

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• 1–4 years of relevant experience in transfer agency, fund operations, investment operations, AML, KYC, or CDD preferred.
• World-Check or other name-screening experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Review and verify trade instructions including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and switches.
• Update investor details and transactions into the transfer agency system.
• Review KYC, AML and due diligence docs for accuracy and completeness.
• Review information for FATCA and CRS.
• Attend to and respond to queries from Fund Managers and Investors.

Job Description

• Review and verify trade instructions, including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and switches.
• Update investor details and transactions accurately into the transfer agency system.
• Review Know Your Client (KYC), anti-money laundering (AML) and due diligence documentation of investors for accuracy and completeness.
• Review information for FATCA and CRS.
• Attend to and ensure timely responses to queries from Fund Managers and Investors.

Job Requirement

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Law, or a related field.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

• 1–4 years of relevant experience in transfer agency, fund operations, investment operations, AML, KYC, or Customer Due Diligence (CDD) is preferred.
• Experience with World-Check or other name-screening systems will be an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to meet tight deadlines, work independently, and collaborate effectively within a team.
