TNG Digital Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Manager of Corporate Development to drive investor relations, capital markets activities, and strategic market insights from Kuala Lumpur. You will coordinate with finance, corporate development and communications to deliver consistent messaging to investors and regulators.

The role demands strong financial analysis, storytelling, and stakeholder management with English fluency; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualificações

• 7–10 years of investor relations, corporate finance, equity research or investment banking experience.
• Strong ability to engage with institutional investors and analysts.
• Exposure to capital markets transactions (IPO, fund-raising or M&A) is preferred.
• Listed-company experience, ideally in fintech or financial institutions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead preparation of investor presentations on performance, strategy, risks and outlook.
• Act as liaison with investors, analysts, fund managers and shareholders.
• Support IPOs, equity fund raising and capital market transactions.
• Monitor market sentiment and provide investor perception reports to management.
• Translate financial data into a clear equity story for stakeholders.
