Job summary

Capital A is seeking a seasoned Senior Strategy Manager to lead corporate development, strategic planning, and performance governance within the Strategy and Investor Relations Department in Kuala Lumpur. The role demands deep financial modeling, deal structuring, and high-impact restructuring experience.

You will drive long-term plans, annual budgeting, and 100-day integration efforts for new growth initiatives, while presenting to the Board and Executive Committee.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CFA a plus.
• At least 10–12 years in strategy, corporate finance, or corporate development.
• Experience advising C-suite and managing team dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate restructuring, cost optimisation, and efficiency programs.
• Oversee end-to-end M&A and partnerships, including due diligence and deal structuring.
• Drive annual budget and 5-year planning cycles with KPI targets.
• Prepare high-level board reporting and governance documentation.
• Partner with executives to translate strategy into actionable financial targets.
