Qualifications

• Strong governance and compliance experience in fintech or regulated tech environments.
• Experience managing corporate secretarial matters, statutory filings, and board processes.
• Excellent communication with the board, shareholders, and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SSM, BNM, SC and other regulations.
• Oversee corporate governance programs and internal audits.
• Organize and manage board meetings, AGM notices, minutes and resolutions.
• Maintain statutory registers and timely regulatory filings with authorities.
