TNG Digital Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced investor relations leader to translate financial performance and strategy into compelling equity stories. You will engage with institutional investors, analysts and the board, shaping communications and supporting capital market activities.

You will collaborate with Finance, Corporate Development and Communications to align messages with long-term strategy and regulatory disclosures, while tracking market trends and investor sentiment.

Formación

• 7-10 years of investor relations or related experience.
• Experience with institutional investors and analysts is highly preferred.
• Exposure to capital markets activities such as IPOs or fund raising is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead investor presentations covering performance, strategy, risks and outlook.
• Act as liaison with investors, analysts, fund managers and shareholders.
• Support capital market activities including IPOs and equity funding.
• Monitor market sentiment and track valuation multiples.
• Ensure consistent investor messaging across materials.
