Job summary

TNG Digital Sdn Bhd is seeking a senior social media leader in Kuala Lumpur to drive strategy across all official channels and related communities. You will oversee content planning, publishing, and engagement, ensuring consistency with campaigns and brand voice.

You will manage a social calendar, collaborate with marketing, brand, and customer service teams, and mentor a high-performing team to turn followers into advocates. Strong regulatory or fintech familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in social media strategy and operations.
• 3+ years in a leadership or senior manager role.
• Proven portfolio managing and growing brand social channels across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Reddit, and more.
• Ability to translate data into insights and refine strategy and content.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and execution of official social media channels, including content planning and publishing.
• Oversee broader social touchpoints, including partner platforms and online communities.
• Manage social content calendar aligned with campaigns and moments.
• Guide creation of social-first content tailored for each platform.
• Mentor and lead a high-performing social team with clear goals.
