Job summary

Prudential Services Asia seeks an investment professional to support growth with customer-centric propositions aligned to ESG, and to lead investment risk management and compliance activities. The role covers fund oversight, governance, and reporting duties in tandem with the IC Terms of Reference.

You will develop the team to deliver investment functions, coordinate with asset managers, distributors, regulators, and internal stakeholders, and ensure robust governance and communications.

Qualifications

• Degree related to finance or investment and/or relevant professional qualifications.
• At least 2 years of investment experience gained in an investment management or insurance organization.
• Broad investment experience across asset classes or markets.
• High achiever with strong leadership and people skills.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends.
• Results oriented with ability to translate goals to performance plans.
• Engage stakeholders to canvass support and influence decisions.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Possess integrity and a positive work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assist in investment marketing and training; ensure customer centric propositions aligned with ESG and engage distributors to support growth.
• Governance of investment functions, fund development and risk reporting per IC Terms of Reference.
• Prepare fund performance and risk reports for IC, ALCO, ERC and Board, plus external stakeholders.
