Job summary

Prudential Assurance Malaysia Berhad is seeking a dedicated Investment professional to support governance of investment functions, develop fund capabilities, and prepare comprehensive performance and risk reports for IC, ALCO, and the Board.

The role involves coordinating with asset managers, ensuring compliance with policies, and enhancing reporting processes to support asset-liability management and ESG alignment.

Qualifications

• Degree related to finance or investment; professional qualifications encouraged (CFA/CPA/ACCA/PKMC).
• Experience in investment management or insurance environment preferred.
• Broad exposure to asset classes and markets; licensed environment may be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in governance of investment functions per IC Terms of Reference and report to IC/ALCO/Board.
• Prepare fund performance and risk reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop quantitative infrastructures to support treasury and fund operations; enable SAA/TAA oversight.
