• Ability to translate goals into clear performance plans and drive execution.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Review investment propositions for customer-centric and ESG alignment.
• Support governance with IC/ALCO/Board through proposals and reports.
• Prepare fund performance and risk reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee fund development, due diligence, and outsourcing policy adherence.
• Maintain quantitative infrastructure and data to support asset‑liability management.
