Job summary

Pave Bank is seeking a meticulous operations professional to manage the day-to-day back office for its investment business in Kuala Lumpur. You will process client transactions from instruction through settlement, keep position and cash records accurate, and produce reporting for institutional clients.

Work closely with Finance, Compliance and external counterparties, reporting to the Head of Asset Management. Strong Excel and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large data files.
• A careful, numerate approach—verify figures before sending.
• Clear written English for correspondence with counterparties and institutional clients.

Responsibilities

• Process client transactions across their full lifecycle from instruction to settlement.
• Reconcile positions and cash daily against counterparty records and investigate breaks.
• Calculate month-end client yield and fee accruals and reconcile to counterparty reporting.
• Prepare monthly client statements with a four-eyes check before release.
• Support collateral custody service, including asset movements and periodic reporting.
• Maintain client records and respond to queries from clients, counterparties and audits.
• Keep operating procedures current and flag risks early.
