Job summary

Finbond Heavy Machinery Sdn Bhd is seeking a Warehouse Executive to manage inventory records for spare parts and machinery components. You will receive, inspect, label, and record incoming materials, issue items against approved requests, and monitor stock levels with regular cycle counts.

The ideal candidate holds a related diploma or degree and has 1+ years in warehouse roles. Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required; Mandarin is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Mechanical / Automotive, or related field.
• 1+ years experience in managing a warehouse.
• Experience with heavy machinery or automotive is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently under pressure.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records for spare parts, machinery components, consumables, tools, equipment, and accessories
• Receive, inspect, identify, label, and record incoming materials and spare parts
• Issue materials and parts against approved requests, work orders, rental requirements, or sales orders
• Monitor stock levels and prepare replenishment requests based on minimum and maximum stock levels
• Track fast-moving, slow-moving, non-moving, obsolete, and critical spare parts
• Ensure proper documentation for all stock receipts, issues, returns, transfers, adjustments, and disposals
• Conduct regular cycle counts and periodic physical stock counts
• Investigate and report stock variances, shortages, damages, and discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records in the ERP, inventory management system, or warehouse management software
• Coordinate with Procurement to resolve quantity, pricing, and receiving discrepancies

This role involves managing inventory records for spare parts, machinery components, consumables, tools, equipment, and accessories. Monitor stock levels and prepare replenishment requests based on minimum and maximum stock levels

About you

Diploma or Bachelor's in Supply Chain or Mechanical / Automotive or related field

1+ years experience in managing a warehouse preferred

Experience with heavy machinery or automotive is a plus

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems is an added advantage

Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills

Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently under pressure

Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English

Knowledge of Mandarin for communication with Chinese stakeholders is an additional advantage
