Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Inventory Controller to monitor stock, perform month-end counts and ensure accurate wastage handling. You will manage stock locations, inbound inspections and ensure proper documentation.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in inventory roles, holds SPM or higher, and can operate forklift and reach truck with valid license, plus strong English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience.
• SPM or equivalent or higher.
• With Forklift and Reach Truck drive skill and License.
• Conversant in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office.
• Confident, matured, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Stock monitoring and inventory control.
• Perform month-end stock-taking.
• Proper accounting for wastage and write-offs.
• Review, analyse and complete detailed review of Inventory module to identify gaps and control weakness to enhance the system improvements progressively.
• Ensure proper documentation and safekeeping.
• Check goods prepared according Issuance Document (MRF/ Picking List).
• Receiving goods, conduct count, inbound inspection.
• Packing, label goods and arrange stocks accordingly.
• Arrange and store goods in correct location racks and store upkeep.
• Kitting Component follow picking list.
• Re-allocation component to Chin Bee.
• Support to Production issuing component.
• Received & check for component from Chin Bee & local supplier;
• Follow up component and moving MST & STR.
• Stock component grouping & housekeeping.
