Job summary

JINJING TECHNOLOGY MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Clerk to ensure data accuracy across BC/SAP/ERP systems. You will audit receiving, put-away, picking and issuing stock, monitor abnormal movements, and perform regular stock counts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires 1–2 years of warehouse experience, a logistics-related diploma or degree, and familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle. On-site work with competitive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Diploma in logistics/supply chain or related field.
1–2 years of warehouse operations experience (manufacturing environment preferred).
Familiar with inventory control and warehouse procedures.

Responsibilities

Perform audits on receiving, put-away, picking and issuing stock processes.
Monitor and control abnormal inventory movements (returns, damaged, quarantine, obsolete stock).
Carry out regular stock counts including daily cycle counts and scheduled full stock takes.
Investigate and report inventory variances to management.
Obtain approvals for stock adjustments and update ERP records accordingly.
