Job summary

ResMed is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to join its Warehouse and Logistics Operations in Malaysia. This role partners with 3PLs and internal teams to maintain inventory accuracy and ensure timely material availability for manufacturing.

The candidate will perform stock transactions, cycle counts, and audits, while driving process improvements and adherence to company policies. Strong Excel and ERP experience are essential, along with excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Warehouse, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in inventory management, warehousing, or related operations.
• Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, data analysis and macros.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory accuracy across all country warehouses, ensuring records align with system transactions.
• Partner with 3PL and internal departments to investigate discrepancies and drive corrective actions.
• Generate replenishment reports aligned to production plans for timely material availability.
• Perform system inventory transactions (stock requests, adjustments, returns, transfers) per policy.
• Execute and govern cycle counts and observation counts with variance analysis and escalation.
• Collaborate with the global inventory control team to improve procedures and SOPs.
• Manage requests for new sub-inventories and locators per governance policies.
• Support inventory audits and compliance activities, ensuring readiness and documentation accuracy.
• Monitor variances, ageing, and slow-moving stock; provide reporting to stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.
