SRM Integration (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a store/warehouse professional to receive, inspect, and stock items, maintain accurate records, and support daily operations.

The role requires basic qualifications and attention to detail, with ERP knowledge as an added advantage; candidates should be able to work independently and use common office software. This position offers benefits aligned with warehouse roles in Penang.

Qualifications

• Qualification in SPM/ Certificate/ Diploma in any field.
• Preferably with 1 year working experience in Store or Warehouse.
• Positive attitude and have good interpersonal skills.
• Responsible and able to work independently.
• Able to operate computer application, ie Microsoft Excel and Words.
• Acquired with knowledge of ERP system will be an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect quantity and quality of incoming goods against goods received documents.
• Update daily stock movements in inventory system and filling.
• Compile and release stock items that required by end user.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of goods.
• Monitor stock movement of materials in store and report shortages or overstock situation.
• Maintain good housekeeping in store, review and plan regularly for Store space.
• Perform periodic inventory count and verification of stock records.
• Assist in other activities as required.
