About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Inventory Control Clerk to join JJT Trading Sdn. Bhd. in George Town, Penang.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock movements, conducting physical stock counts, and ensuring that all items are properly recorded, stored, and accounted for. Person with strong attention to detail, confidentiality, integrity, and adherence to company procedures are essential for this role.

What you'll be doing

Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.

Verify quantities, item descriptions, product codes, and other relevant details against supporting documents.

Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.

Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reconciliation and reporting.

Investigate stock discrepancies and promptly report unusual variances or missing items to the supervisor.

Maintain proper filing and documentation of inventory-related records.
