Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
• Verify quantities, item descriptions, product codes, and other relevant details against supporting documents.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reconciliation and reporting.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and promptly report unusual variances or missing items to the supervisor.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of inventory-related records.
• Perform other inventory and administrative duties as assigned by management.
