Job summary

SLS Malaysia is looking for a young and energetic Inventory Admin Assistant to maintain accurate stock records, execute stock takes and prepare stock take reports. If you’re detail-oriented and eager to contribute to our success, join our dynamic team!

Requirements include 1–2 years of experience (fresh graduates welcome), O' Level / SPM qualification, and basic knowledge of Excel and Word. Role based in Malaysia within a manufacturing environment.

• Maintain Item Master File for stocktaking activities.
• Execute physical stock takes and download stock data.
• Conduct regular stock checks to ensure count accuracy.
• Prepare stock take reports and analyses.
• Update stock movements including receiving and transfers.

We are looking for a young and energetic Inventory Admin Assistant. You will play a vital role in maintaining accurate stock records, executing stock takes and preparing stock take reports. If you’re detail-oriented and eager to contribute to our success Join our dynamic team!

What will you be expected to do?

Update the Item Master File for stocktaking activities.

Execute physical stock takes and perform data downloads at various outlets and shops.

Conduct random and regular checks on stock quantities to ensure accuracy in stock counts.

Perform internal inventory audits to maintain compliance and accuracy.

Assist in preparing stock take reports, tabulations, and analyses.

Help update stock movements, including receiving and transfers.

Undertake any other assignments as directed by management as needed.

what are we looking for?

You should have at least an O' Level or SPM qualification or above

You should have 1-2 years of experience or fresh graduate are welcome to apply

Basic knowledge of EXCEL and WORD is required.

Ability to make basic pricing judgments.

A good understanding of sales processes.

Strong willingness to learn, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
