X ONE HOLDINGS Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an Inventory Assistant (Mobile Accessories) to manage stock movements, ensuring timely receiving, transfers, and order fulfilment.

You should be proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems, detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Salary depends on experiences.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound stock movements to ensure timely processing.
• Ensure timely stock receiving, transfers, replenishment, and order fulfilment.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
• Coordinate stock requests and transfers with retail outlets.
• Liaise with suppliers and relevant departments to maintain adequate inventory and operational supplies.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory processes and warehouse efficiency.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
