Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to monitor stock levels, record inventory movements, and prepare monthly reports for management. The role involves coordinating with warehouse and sales teams to ensure accurate stock positioning and minimize losses.

Fresh graduates are welcome as training will be provided, and the company offers benefits including EPF/SOCSO and opportunities for career advancement in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess at least Certificate/Diploma in Business, statistics, commerce or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year's working experience in inventory control, preferably in retail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory count and maintain inventory records.
• Prepare monthly inventory movement reports for management.
• Assist in monitoring stock positioning to avoid losses.
• Audit and compile stock count reports/stock transfer/stock loss reports.
• Coordinate with warehouse, sales and others for stock movement.

• Assist to monitor the overall stock positioning, stock status to avoid stock losses.
• Assist to check, audit and compile stock count report/stock transfer/stock loss report etc.
• Able to coordinate & liaise with warehouse, Sales & others for stock movement
• Others related issue to stock status
