Job summary

GSR Solution Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Warehouse Administrator based in Industri Waja area, Kulim, Kedah. The role focuses on warehouse, data entry, inventory control, and routine reports to support operations.

The ideal candidate holds a college diploma or higher with warehouse logistics or inventory accounting experience, is proficient in Excel, and experienced with WMS. You will collaborate across teams and ensure accurate cycle counts and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher with warehouse logistics or inventory accounting experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse accounting and ability to handle discrepancies.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Must be responsible, detail-oriented, and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Overall warehouse administrative functions.
• Inbound data entry for receiving.
• Outbound data entry for picking and system charging.
• Coordinate cycle count activities with Warehouse Team.
• Coordinate with customer stakeholders and Warehouse Teams for ad hoc jobs.
• Manage escalations from customers and follow up with Warehouse Team.
• Maintain operation and inventory reports.
• Manage warehouse consumables and timely replenishment with purchasing.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Responsibility

• 1. Responsible for overall Warehouse administrative functions.
• 2. Inbound : Incoming system data entry for Warehouse to perform receiving.
• 3. Outbound : Outgoing system data entry for Warehouse to perform picking & responsible for system charge out for both internal and customer system.
• 4. Plan & coordinate for cycle count activities with Warehouse Team according to customer requirements.
• 5. Coordination between customer stakeholders & Warehouse Teams for any ad hoc jobs required.
• 6. Manage escalation triggered by customer and follow up/resolve with Warehouse Team.
• 7. Maintaining operation & inventory reports from time to time.
• 8. Managing Warehouse consumable materials from time to time & on time replenishment with purchasing accordingly.
• 9. Any others task assigned by superior or management from time to time.
