We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern Warehouse & Inventory to assist our operation team with overseeing warehouse activities, ensuring efficient material handling, and supporting smooth production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Support daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
Assist in conducting regular stock counts (cycle counts, daily/weekly physical stock takes) and reconcile discrepancies.
Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of all inventory in accordance with safety and compliance standards.
Assist in preparing inventory reports and dashboards.
Monitor expiry dates, damaged stock, and slow-moving inventory to minimize wastage and improve turnover.
Assist in any ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned and required by the company.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must be currently studying a Diploma/Advanced/ in Business Administration, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Inventory Material Management or similar.
Self-motivated, pro-active and strong communication skills.
Good team player and possess a good working attitude.
