Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain operations to ensure smooth daily activities.
• Handle incidents by reporting, documenting, and escalating according to SOPs.
• Assist with Zabbix deployment, installation, and configuration for system monitoring.
• Learn system compliance within SOPs and organizational policies.
• Perform daily and weekly maintenance, including operation logs and generator inspections.
• Provide ad hoc IT support as assigned by supervisors.

Monitor & Maintain Operations – Oversee retail facilities and ensure smooth daily operations.

Incident Handling – Report, document, and escalate incidents following SOPs.

Zabbix Deployment – Get practical experience in installing and configuring system monitoring tools.

System Compliance – Learn how to work within professional SOPs and organizational policies.

Daily & Weekly Maintenance – Manage operation logs and conduct generator set inspections.

Ad Hoc IT Support – Support additional technical tasks as assigned by supervisors.

What We’re Looking For:

Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in IT or related field.

Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux OS, networking & databases.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, etc.); knowledge of .NET & Zabbix is a plus.

Analytical, problem-solving mindset with good communication skills.

A team player eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
