Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking an Internship - Supply Chain / Logistic Students to support production, material control, and inventory planning to keep manufacturing running smoothly.

You will assist in procurement, shipping, customs documentation, and daily SCM operations, gaining hands-on experience with vendor coordination, PO processing, and regulatory records.

Responsibilities

• Carry out production and material control tasks to keep manufacturing running smoothly.
• Support procurement and shipping processes including vendor coordination, order tracking, and documentation.
• Assist in logistics planning, warehouse operations, and inventory control.
• Help prepare shipping instructions and liaise with freight forwarders and internal teams.
• Ensure accurate data entry, proper filing, sorting & distribution of all relevant documents.
• Assist in updating and maintaining customs document/ exemption / statement and regulatory records.
• Assist in daily operation work of Supply Chain Management including item code creation, New Vendor Registration, PO processing and coordination of inbound & outbound shipments.
• Assist in preparing the shipping documents in compliance with company SOP & policies and import / export regulation requirements.
